Would you like to do more than just read a leadership book?

Alonzo Johnson, Ph.D., author of the Made Easy Series, will take you on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment as you enhance critical skills needed to be effective in your leadership role. The Leading Made Easy Experience is based on his book.
Join us in Atlanta, March 3 - 5, 2020, as we explore critical principles for leadership effectiveness. Leaders attending this workshop will…
  • Hone untapped leadership skills to reach new and objectively measurable performance levels
  • Explore, practice and apply key leadership behaviors to increase your effectiveness and engage others to improve performance
  • Benefit from multiple learning formats and practical takeaways that you can immediately apply to your job, career or industry

The Leading Made Easy Experience is an intense, comprehensive three-phase program that combines online performance assessments with one-on-one feedback and coaching, on-site workshops with interactive learning modules, as well as post-assessment follow-up on individual leadership improvement action plans.
